Welcome to Metanoia Toolbox- A Sacred Wellness & Community Space that is centered around women, families and the LGBTQ+ individuals.
Metanoia Toolbox started as a little family pop up crystal shop intended to offer all the tools one could need along their journey of metanoia- becoming all they are meant to be. It grew as we traveled all over the US and to Egypt and back. All the while we met, connected deeply with, served and learned from beautiful souls from different walks of life, countries and belief systems.
After our return from Egypt in 2019, we cocooned for a long while as we integrated all of our experiences. Last year I started feeling the calling- it's time for Metanoia Toolbox to evolve and serve once again. 8 months later, we have now settled down in Mesa, AZ, opening up our first Sacred Space located at 2150 E Brown Rd Suite 1, Mesa 85213.
The Metanoia Toolbox Sacred Wellness & Community Space centered around women, families and LGBTQ+ individuals. We offer crystals, metaphysical tools, Individual Energy Work, Usui Reiki Certifications, Sound baths, Women's Circles, Workshops and Intentional Gatherings. This Space is intended to grow into something that we have all been missing. A place of connection to one another, a place of comfort, a place of healing. A place where we have the opportunity to shed the mask that we are forced to wear on a daily basis and take off the many, many hats that we wear in our lives. A place where were are encouraged to come as we are, and just be, breathe, feel, celebrate and be celebrated for simply existing.
Curious about me?
Well allow me to introduce myself: My name is Therese Moussa, I'm an Usui Reiki Master Teacher, Sound and Crystal Healing facilitator. I'm also a Filipino Egyptian mom and a wife with a background in nursing and clinical research! That was a lot- huh? Well, I will passionately say, I love that we are all muti-faceted, complex humans and I believe we need to acknowledge, heal, love and celebrate our journey's of metanoia- our journey's of transformation and becoming our authentic selves.
2024 has been quite a year! I've been responding to the deep calling to bring women together, build community- safe spaces where we can express more authenticity and release the conditioning that has taught us to dim our lights.
And with that, I'd like to invite you to participate in the birth of a Sacred Space that is intended to grow into something that we have all been missing. A place of connection to one another, a place of comfort, a place of healing. A place where we have the opportunity to shed the mask that we are forced to wear on a daily basis and take off the many, many hats that we wear in our lives.
