This is an intuitively guided combination of the loving vibrations of Reiki, Crystals, Sound and Biofield Tuning intended to optimize your energy flow, quiet the mind and soothe the soul.

The session is customized based on any concerns you choose to share and an energetic flow assessment at the beginning of your session. Any disruptions to your energy flow will be addressed and optimized. 

In Person Session- 90 mins

The 90 minute session is 60 minutes of energy work plus a 30 minute consultation, where we will review your session summary chart, discuss your experience and formulate actionable recommendations for you to continue to ride this wave of energy and maximize the impact of the session.

Distance Session- 60 mins

Energy is not confined by time or space. We meet via zoom where I will take you though a guided meditation as I connect with your energy remotely. The 60 minute session is 45 minutes of energy work plus a 15 minute consultation, where we will review your session summary chart, discuss your experience and formulate actionable recommendations for you to continue to ride this wave of energy and maximize the impact of the session.
