I have been deeply affected by the state of the world these days.

There is so much happening in the world; genocide, ecocide, confusion, separation, blatant disregard for sanctity of life- the list could go on. It has been so difficult simply carrying on with life knowing and feeling the collective pain.

If you too have been struggling and you want to make a difference, here is an opportunity to make a difference in two ways:

1. We gather to send love, healing, justice and any other energies that we choose individually to an issue that is near and dear to our hearts. I deeply believe that choosing to send energy makes a difference, and doing it in a group amplifies the power of it all.
2. This is a free event. What I do ask is that you choose to donate whatever you can to a cause of your choice. Even $5 makes a difference.

Doors open at 5:30pm, feel free to come early.

Some meditation cushions and bolsters are available, but if you have your own or you need additional items to get comfy (Yoga mat, additional cushions-anything else), please bring whatever you need.
