What is Reiki?

Reiki is a form of energy healing that originated in Japan where you are attuned to "Universal Life Energy", becoming a channel for that energy to flow through for self-healing, the healing of others and the planet. 

What is Crystal healing?

The healing energy of crystals has been mentioned in holy books, and used by healers, medicine people and mystics since the beginning of time. In modern day, we have observed that different crystals vibrate at different frequencies. Crystal healing is the practice of using the vibrations of crystals, minerals and ores for their healing frequencies.

Why would I commit to this mentorship program?

This mentorship program is a great option for someone that is in their healing journey and has a desire to experience a huge shift in their lives. This mentorship program is intended to take you deep within yourself, help you unlearn old conditioning, remember who you are and help you align with your most authentic self.

If you are unsure about your ability to feel and work with energy, don't worry! Together we will explore each Chakra, release the conditioning that has inhibited your ability to feel energy and awaken your intuition using various practices and exercises.

This 7 month mentorship program includes:

Month 1- Root Chakra

• Mentorship Meetup- Intended to dive deep into specific practices intended for Chakra healing such as meditation, connecting with guides, crystals and movement. journaling, or creativity. This is a 2 hour meetup, date/time TBD based on collective availability.
  
• Reiki Level I- September 14th 10am- 6pm
• Weekly zoom calls during 21 day  integration period
• Optional Reiki Clinic
• Completion Ceremony

Month 2- Sacral Chakra

• Mentorship Meetup-  Intended to dive deep into specific practices intended for Chakra healing such as meditation, connecting with guides, crystals and movement. journaling, or creativity. This is a 2 hour meetup, date/time TBD based on collective availability.
• Reiki Level II- October 19th and 20th from 10am- 3pm

Month 3- Solar Plexus Chakra

• Mentorship Meetup-  Intended to dive deep into specific practices intended for Chakra healing such as meditation, connecting with guides, crystals and movement. journaling, or creativity. This is a 2 hour meetup, date/time TBD based on collective availability.
• Crystal Healing Level I Certification
• Optional Reiki Clinic

Month 4- Heart Chakra 

• Mentorship Meetup-  Intended to dive deep into specific practices intended for Chakra healing such as meditation, connecting with guides, crystals and movement. journaling, or creativity. This is a 2 hour meetup, date/time TBD based on collective availability.
• Crystal Healing Level II Certification
• Optional Reiki Clinic

Month 5- Throat Chakra

• Mentorship Meetup- I Intended to dive deep into specific practices intended for Chakra healing such as meditation, connecting with guides, crystals and movement. journaling, or creativity. This is a 2 hour meetup, date/time TBD based on collective availability.

Month 6- Third Eye Chakra

• Intended to dive deep into specific practices intended for Chakra healing such as meditation, connecting with guides, crystals and movement. journaling, or creativity. This is a 2 hour meetup, date/time TBD based on collective availability.

Month 7- Crown Chakra

• Intended to dive deep into specific practices intended for Chakra healing such as meditation, connecting with guides, crystals and movement. journaling, or creativity. This is a 2 hour meetup, date/time TBD based on collective availability.
• Reiki Master Teacher Initiation- 2 days March 2025 Date/Time TBD, Includes best business practice training.

My Experience in an Energy Healing Mentorship Program

At the beginning of my journey I joined an Energy Healing Mentorship Program similar to this. I joined because I had recently gotten out of a long term relationship that I had lost myself to. I didn't know who I was outside of the relationship. All I knew is that I needed deep healing, I needed to find myself and figure out what an authentic me could look like.

The mentorship program was a true journey of self discovery. I found that healing with my mentor in community felt safer than I had felt in a very long time. The people that completed the mentorship program with me close to 10 years ago are still loving presences in my life.

Yes, it was a commitment. And yes, it was worth it.
