Usui Reiki Level I

What is Reiki?

Usui Reiki is a Japanese method of energy healing that has been in practice for almost a century. Reiki practitioners become channel for Reiki- or Life Force energy- to flow through for the purpose of self-healing, the healing of others and the planet. 

What will I learn during this class?

During your Usui Reiki Level I course  you will learn about the history of Reiki, it's guiding principles and the Reiki lifestyle. We will talk about how Reiki works and explore various research articles that show the impact of Reiki in clinical scenarios. You will learn about the Chakras or energy centers of the body and how blocked energy in the respective chakras can affect one's mental, emotional and physical health. You will experience Reiki through meditations, your Reiki attunement and practice.

By the end of your Level I certification, you will be able to complete Reiki self- healing sessions and offer Reiki to your friends and family. There is a 21 days integration period after your certification. This involves a simple daily practice to solidify your connection to the Universal Life Force energy.

• Integration Celebration gathering on Sat, October 5th!

Class is on Sat, Sep 14th from 10am-6pm and includes a catered lunch.

Reiki Level I Total Cost $300

I ask for a $100 deposit to secure your spot. Deposit is refundable up to 7 days before class. The remaining $200 is due on the date of class unless other arrangements have been made.

The impact of Reiki on my life:

Learning Reiki has been one of the most empowering and liberating decisions of my life.

It affirmed facts that I had innately known since childhood, facts like:

• Our intention to send healing, make someone else feel better really works- mama's hugs actually really did make you feel better!
• We all have the gift of feeling and sending energy.
• We are all always connected to a power that is all encompassing- we have different names for it- God, Source, the Universe, Creator, Reiki (Universal Life Force energy), Chi- no matter the name, we are all always connected to it.

Reiki is a journey in every way, shape and form. It is the path that helped me find myself after long term conditioning that made me question everything about myself and my reality. It is the path that guided me to awaken my intuition and re-establish trust in myself, my discernment and my ability to make decisions in peace. It is the path that restored my faith in the Universe.

I know all this sounds pretty intense. Every person's experience is unique. I'm simply sharing my personal experience.
