Our Weekly Women's Circle is intended to provide a place where we are encouraged to show up as we are, connect with ourselves and others, exercise some vulnerability by sharing the parts of our experience as women that are often swept under the rug. 

Each circle will be different, depending on the needs of the group. There will be ample time to share, discuss, release and receive as we need within the circle. Tea and a communal treat are provided.

Our circle ends with a 30 minute Sacred Sound Bath to integrate the energy that we have flowed through.

Doors Open at 6:00pm, Circle begins at 6:30. 

Bring your journal, a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, eye cover- anything that will help you be comfy and at ease.
