Join me for our first Women's Circle!

The Women's Circle is intended to provide a place where we check in with ourselves, center, connect with others and dive into the parts of our experience as women that are often swept under the rug.

Bring a journal for reflection.

Our circle will end with a Sacred Sound Meditation.

Doors Open at 5:30pm, Feel free to arrive early! Refreshments will be available!

Bring your yoga mat, pillow, blanket, eye cover- anything that will help you be comfy and at ease.
